Red Eye

They call it the red eye for a reason!

Just got off the LAX - YYZ - YUL red eye. Exhausted after a 2 week tour of Chicago, LA, Vancouver and Oregon.

Things I learned on this trip:

1. It's illegal to pump your own gas in Oregon - "You're not from around here" - she said when I tried to do it myself.
2. In California, motorcycles are allowed to pass in the same lane! as long as they don't touch the line - and of course as long as they don't die.
3. Don't expect to go anywhere fast in LA traffic. 2 hrs = 2 miles.
4. There are Canadians everywhere!!
5. and when in Vancouver, one must wear yoga pants in case a spontaneous "sun salutation" breaks out
6. More cowbell!!
   

Stayed at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. The bar inside is the Tropicana Bar. Apparently it's the in-spot, but all I saw were retards.
